Author of the book Imthiaz Bakeer Markar presented the books to chief guest Deputy Minister of Education Mohan Lal Grero, and representatives of the country’s major political parties at the launching. Director of the Regional Bureau for Asia and the Pacific of the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO) in Geneva Ranjan Abeysekera delivered the keynote address and former Principal of Zahira College, Attorney at Law Javed Yusuf also addressed the gathering.
