Mother’s Day dinner buffet at Cinnamon Red

Located on Level 8, the restaurant has made a name for itself among Colombo’s best buffet offerings. For Mother’s Day, the Hotel has gone beyond the usual spread to encompass international favourites which will add to the memorable experience of dining at Flavoured and introduced a novel raffle draw through which moms can walk away with weekend stays, lunch dates, wine bottles and more!

The dinner menu, priced at Rs.2,450 nett, includes mixed salads, make-your-own-salad counter, shooters, tapas, cheese and crackers, soups, bread counter; Indian, Chinese, Western corners, pasta station, action stations, carvery and dessert.

From the menu, some of the most favoured salads include the seafood salad, kachumber salad, ambarella achcharu salad. 

Duck biriyani, jinga masala, paneer palak, mango chutney from the Indian selection, stir fried vegetable noodles and rice from Chinese, black bean pork, potato gratin, lamb lasagne from Western are also guaranteed to be a hit among those dining.

The action stations include seafood kebab with lemon butter sauce, herb crusted lamb shoulder chop, tandoori fish tikka, Cajun chicken with mushroom sauce and minced beef patties with spicy tomato sauce. A roast duck carvery is also part of the offering.

Desserts such as agar agar, tiramisu, homemade wood a pple ice cream alongside a selection of cakes, mousse, cookies will be laid out to be devoured as well.
