Colombo witnessed something very special on Thursday, 5 May, as the beautiful fragrance of the newly-launched JOOD in Sri Lanka mingled with the voices of prominent business community and celebrities.
Crownsbury Pharmaceutical Ltd. was established with the intention of marketing pharmaceutical and FMCG products to the Sri Lankan market. Crownsbury Pharma Chairman Dilip Pushapakumara said: “Our strength is our strong network of 12 distributors island-wide and nine direct operations from Colombo office. Our focus is on three market categories. We are into personal care products, health and beauty category and perfume range.”
General Manager Fahim Meerasaheeb emphasised the one-of-a-kind properties which set apart JOOD perfume range from the competition, including its distinct varieties with nine different fragrances, endorsed by Operations Manager Chamith Jayanga.
The main suppliers, top scale fashion store trade and the owners participated at this special event. Model shows and glamorous dance acts were admired by the crowd and the launch was very successful in Sri Lanka. Present to show support for the brand were local fashion team by Sanshi, Yadu Rana and the Crew, Cool Steps dances by Ramood showcased their talents on a unique platform.
Media coordination was done by Media Asia Holdings Ltd., the single largest media agency in Kandy.
JOOD, a ground-breaking and remarkable fragrance, replaces the top five harmful chemicals usually found in perfumes with an eco-cert and eco-friendly certified product. It does not compromise on quality either.
