Prima Kottumee, the popular youth brand, recently launched its latest campaign with the Hot & Spicy Fun Island commercial and Song Trailer at the Balmoral Ballroom of The Kingsbury Hotel. With the best of Prima Kottumees Hot & Spicy essence and the well-known BnS magic, the new project is set to reach the fun-loving youth all across the fun island of Sri Lanka.
To kick start its debut, Prima Kottumee together with Bathiya & Santhush released the Hot & Spicy Fun Island trailer-giving a sneak preview to the upcoming Fun Island song with spectacular visual at the press conference held on 9 April 2013.
The launch was released with a fully-fledged Prima Kottumee television commercial with BnS attending the occasion and bringing to the fore the effervescence and vitality of the Prima Kottumee Brand. The trailer and TVC both were also uploaded to digital media at the event, thereby sending the Prima Kottumee Hot & Spicy Fun Island viral to reach online audiences.
The launch was attended by Tan Beng Chuan, Group General Manager of the Prima Group SL, Shun Tien Shing, General Manager, Ceylon Agro Industries (Prima Group SL) and Senior Business and Senior Marketing Manager of Ceylon Agro Industries (Prima Group SL) Sajith Gunaratne.
Speaking to the media, Santhush of B&S fame said: “The B&S journey with Prima Kottumee has been a very interesting one for us and our fans. The brand Prima Kottumee has seamlessly connected with B&S fans all around the island and we are delighted to be a part of a hot and spicy project for yet another round.”
Gunaratne stated: “Music and Prima Kottumee have always proven a great combination, ideal for fuelling fun for the youth. The hot and spicy fusion with B&S with the launch of this campaign will no doubt bring much excitement this year.”
