Salons and spas hit digital sphere with Club Soirté

Soirté Links Ltd. announced the launch of Club Soirté, Sri Lanka’s first virtual beauty reservation engine for salons and spas. Club Soirté is a new entrant to the Sri Lankan reservation software market and will act as an agent between salons, spas and clients to find the best stylists/therapists to fit the client’s requirement. Acting as an intermediary, it displays the best deals in town, facilitates advance bookings and payment handling on behalf of the client. Speaking of the launch, Soirté Links Ltd. Managing Director Teruni De Silva said, “Online booking and reservations are gaining popularity in Sri Lanka with more clients using web and mobile platforms to improve the efficiency of daily tasks. We saw an opportunity in the lifestyle segment, and realised that there was a need to bring together the currently fragmented beauty and wellness industry so that clients have access to multiple options via one platform. Club Soirté aims to make the process of selecting and booking an appointment convenient, easy and error free.” 

Although the beauty and wellness industry in Sri Lanka is booming, most salons, spas and wellness centres often rely on word-of-mouth recommendations and footfall. Club Soirté intends to help these establishments attract new clients and grow their businesses with their powerful real-time, synchronised scheduling system and unique business model. Club Soirté also eliminates bottlenecks like busy phone lines and incorrect booking requests when clients make bookings the traditional way, allowing establishments to be more productive and focus better on providing the best service to clients. 

Salon/spa operators also have the ability of promoting talented stylists/therapists, tracking payments, and managing multiple business locations.
