Singer opens flagship Samsung store

Singer opened its first flagship Samsung store in Ratmalana, giving Sri Lankans access to cutting-edge electronics and appliances and the widest range of Samsung products in one location. Singer Group CEO Asoka Pieris and Samsung Electronics Vice President H.K. Chang graced the opening ceremony of the exclusive Samsung store in Ratmalana on 9 November, 2013. Singer’s flagship Samsung store that is located adjacent to the Bata Showroom in Ratmalana, gives customers special access to Samsung products and a team of experts in the field. The Samsung range of products includes smartphones, TVs, cameras, microwaves, home theatre systems, laptops, refrigerators, and more. The brand new Samsung store is Sri Lanka’s premier destination to find out about all the latest advancements in digital, inverter, Blu Ray, interactive and smart technologies. Speaking at the opening, Singer Group CEO Asoka Pieris said: “The Singer Group is the foremost retailer of the Samsung brand in Sri Lanka. Customers can consult with a Samsung specialist assigned per product category, to assist through product demonstrations and by sharing industry knowledge.  As per the standard service provided by Singer, customers of the Samsung Store are entitled to after-sales services such as installation, maintenance and repairs. One of the latest products to enter Sri Lanka’s newest Samsung Store is the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 designer smartphone. The Store will soon receive the premium ad-ons for the Samsung Galaxy Note 3, most prominently the S Pen that will command the Action Memo, Scrapbook, S Finder, Pen Window and Screen Write features.
