Relish an elaborate six-course meal exclusively prepared by The Kingsbury’s Executive Sous Chef Ashan Liyanage, guided by Executive Chef Kithsiri De Silva. The delectable sit-down affair includes an ample selection of appetisers, soups, salads, fish, vegetables and starch and dessert and coffee to end it on a sweet note. The meal will be accompanied with a premium selection of wines, individually hand-picked by the highly acclaimed sommelier – Anders Enkvist. Anders Enkvist is a sommelier of the highest calibre from Sweden working for Decanter Wines in Sri Lanka. He acquired a Sommelier Degree at the University of Culinary Arts in Sweden – where he also received the Penfold’s Scholarship. Anders undertook the Advanced Certificate in Wines & Spirits and later worked for one of the country’s largest hotel and restaurant suppliers.
