Taking a stand against gender-based violence, the Women and Media Collective (WMC) has once again launched the ‘16 Days Campaign Against Gender-Based Violence’ in Sri Lanka, an event pioneered by them in 2011 using social networking and blogging as a platform for raising awareness about gender-based violence.
