  Mother’s Day celebrations at The Kingsbury last year were a phenomenal success. All of its restaurants were packed to capacity for lunch and dinner with numerous families treating their mothers. This year too, The Kingsbury has elaborate plans to bring families together and strengthen family bonds on 10 May. Mother’s Day is ideally celebrated by treating her to the best brunch in town: the Caviar & Oyster Sunday Brunch at The Kingsbury. Executive Chef Kithsiri de Silva believes in nothing but the best produce from around the world. Delicacies from Thai, Italian, Sri Lankan, Chinese, Arabic and Indian cuisine such as caviar, oysters, lobsters, an extensive spread of seafood and amazing culinary items such as tender and tasty rib-eye and sirloins cut and a wide selection of delicious starters, grills, grilled skewers of tender, moist chicken, prawns and salmon ensure that there is something to suit everyone’s taste.
