Triad wins ‘Best TV Commercial of the Year’ at Rupavahini State Awards 2012

Sri Lanka’s truly local marcom leader Triad Ltd. won the coveted Best TV Commercial of the Year at the Rupavahini State Awards 2012 for their ‘CIC Corporate’ TV commercial, an emotive depiction of how CIC Agri engages with Sri Lanka’s farming community and uplifts their lives. The only other shortlisted entries in the category were Sri Lanka Insurance’s ‘Protection’ TV commercial and Sri Lanka Telecom Mobitel’s ‘Sir’ TV commercial, both of which were also conceptualised by Triad.

Speaking about winning this accolade, the team at the agency averred, “Triad has always had a long history of creating insightful communications that reach out and touch the lives of people. TV is such a powerful medium in the contemporary world through which brands are built and sustained.
