‘You, me and the magic of Jazz’ with Hilton Colombo Residences

Hilton Colombo Residences announced its Valentine’s promotional packages, launched under the theme ‘You, me and magic of Jazz’. The hotel promises a memorable and trendy evening to seal the perfect date with two main highlights.

The Valentine’s dinner buffet will feature an international range of food that is sure to delight your senses, the buffet has been specially crafted by the executive chef Priyal Wijesuriya for the occasion.

In addition, the couple will receive a glass of sparkling wine on arrival as ladies will receive an exquisite red rose all for Rs. 7,000 net per couple.

Diners will enjoy the magic of jazz and blues played by GDMR, featuring the jazz maestro Gananath Dassanayake and band.

Held at the hotel’s signature restaurant, the menu will feature delightful salads such as blue water boiled prawn pyramid, mixed seafood and avocado salad, and an oyster bar.

The soup station will with choices such as Asian chicken Consommé and cream of white asparagus is bound to appease any palate.

The main range will introduce diners to an exotic cuisine that will comprise of pad Thai noodles with shrimps, spicy Cajun chicken on sweet potato mash and corn salsa and prawn crusted sea bass with lemon grass Beurre blanc.

In action stations, chefs have promised to do justice to Tempura prawn with Teriyaki sauce, Yakitori, chicken Katsu and Tepanayaki beef; the Beef Wellington at the carver’s table must not be missed. In desserts, guests are promised an unimaginable spread with special valentines treats.
