The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), the world’s leading and largest professional body of management accountants, together with The Management Club (TMC), Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and Daily FT has organised an in-person workshop focusing on best practices in the new work world with regards to changed organisation cultures.
Today’s managers and senior professionals have to deal with much more than the effects of the pandemic, a hybrid work culture but actually the effects stemming from the current economic and financial crisis.
This event created in a workshop format will only accept 50 registrations and will delve deeper into the subject and identify ways and means to address and overcome the various challenges today’s management faces.
The session will have a keynote address and several areas of interactive discussions and intends to help leaders and managers to tide over these exceptional times making the most of the valuable resources they have within the organisations - mainly their employees.

The discussion will be moderated by Wycherley International School Principal and TMC Board of Management Committee Member Dayan Fernando.
