Dhanuk Amerasinghe

Danukh Amerasinghe, is a graduate from the University of Bristol and currently a Director of the Worldlink Travel Group. Founded in 1991, they have multiple companies that work within the travel and tourism space, and regarded as one of the top travel companies in the country. Their newest venture into the hospitality field has been very successful with two properties in Kandy and Sigiriya under the Amaara Hotels brand. Danukh is an old boy of St. Peters College and Colombo International School and he enjoys both playing and watching sports during the free time.

Chaya Ranaweera

Chaya is a strategic and analytical leader with over 20 years of experience in administration, public relations, project facilitation and human resource management; in the industries of Healthcare, Banking and Finance, Renewable Energy, E-Commerce, Retail, Hospitality and the Non-profit sector. Currently she serves as a Consultant in Strategic Human Resource Management and a Life Coach. During her extensive career Chaya has served in the roles of Head of Human Resources at Ceylon Hospitals PLC and Resus Energy PLC, as well as managing Human Resources at Pan Asia Banking Corporation PLC. She is known for her ability to engage, motivate, and develop talent while successfully aligning HR strategies with organisational goals.

Chaya holds an MSc and a PgD in Labour Relations and Human Resource Management from the University of Colombo. She is also certified in Labour Law and Industrial Relations by the Employer’s Federation of Ceylon and is a Certified HR Auditor through CIPM and T.V. Rao Learning Systems. Chaya also holds certifications in General Psychology.

Ferhan Saleem

Ferhan Saleem graduated with a degree in Business Management from the University of Nottingham in 2010. He currently serves as the Director at Mankind International and holds the CEO position at Mankind IT, a pioneering venture within the Mankind Recruitment Brand. Mankind IT specialises in leveraging cutting-edge technology to swiftly identify and engage top-tier Mid Management to “C” Level Candidates of all disciplines’ to Premier Corporates. Outside of his professional endeavours, Ferhan enjoys immersing himself in sports, music, and movies during his leisure time.

Chathura Kotagama 

With over two decades of senior management expertise spanning across five dynamic industries – IT, Banking, Hospitality, BPO, and Higher Education – Kotagama has consistently risen to leadership roles, leaving an indelible mark in each sector. 

He has served as the Chief Operating Officer at Colombo Institute of Research and Psychology, the General Manager at ESOFT Metro Campus, and the Chief Marketing Officer at BCAS Campus. Currently, he holds the pivotal position of Chief Strategy Officer at SLTC Research University. Kotagama’s journey has been characterised by entrepreneurial spirit and senior management prowess. In the early stages of his career, he made significant contributions to American Express and HSBC Bank Middle East, Oman. 

Moreover, Kotagama’s entrepreneurial ventures continue to thrive, with active involvement in Hospitality and Business Advisory. As a seasoned entrepreneur, he brings a unique blend of strategic acumen and hands-on experience to every venture. His educational journey includes a BSc(Hons) in Business with IT, an MBA in Finance from the University of Staffordshire, and a current pursuit of a Doctorate in Business Administration at the University of Colombo.
