Customer service guru Kalapuge launches new website

Dhammika Kalapuge, one of Sri Lanka’s top customer service consultants and trainers, launched his new website recently at the Kingsbury Hotel. The launch was held on the same day as ‘Lead to Serve’, a program for the public which was being staged for the third time. The new website, www.dhammikakalapuge.com, was developed by Graphic Systems International Ltd., and inaugurated by Nandadeva Perera, co-founder of Sipcom-1 Ltd. Housed within the Galadari Hotel, the company focuses on total people development and organises and promotes in-house and public programs mostly on service quality and is exclusively designed and conducted by Dhammika Kalapuge, the principal consultant and trainer. Commenting on this new website Dhammika Kalapuge said: “With the growth momentum in business activities being witnessed presently in Sri Lanka and the region, the need to serve existing and potential clients effectively and promptly has become a priority. In this context a comprehensive website was designed with details such as service philosophy, types of public and in-house programs, testimonials from clients, logistic arrangements that are needed to conduct the programs and over 75 short video clips. This will help clients and prospects to get a clear understanding and assess our programs that will meet their training requirements. A special thanks to the 15 heads of leading corporates, who had been participants of our programs and shared their hands-on experiences through video clips which are now featured in the ‘Client– Comments’ icon on the website. “In an era where social media has become very popular, this adds extra value to our clientele. ‘Giving’ is the philosophy I live by.
