Dr. Nalin Jayasuriya to address TMC Members Meet 20 Jan

Well known Trainer, Human Resource Specialist and Executive Coach Dr. Nalin Jayasuriya is billed to address the members, guests and public at TMC’s monthly ‘Members Meet’ on Wednesday, 20 January at 6:30 p.m. at the Galadari Hotel.

Nalin recognised as one among the pioneers in training and consultancy has over the years achieved many a milestone in his long career in the field. His early management exposure began at Mackwoods Winthrop as HR/Director and then as Regional HR/Director for the East Africa Region. He also held many consulting roles at Smith klineBeecham, South East Asia at their Singapore and later at the Jakarta office. A sought after Executive Coach, with assignments carried out for the top management of Smith klineBeecham, Ceylon Tobacco, Fonterra Brands, Nestles, Ansell and many other reputed organisations, he has delivered many presentations at international conferences in most parts of the world, including UK, USA, Poland, Hongkong, Belgium, Australia and UAE. He has also carried out numerous consulting assignments for a number of private and public sector organisations to name a few: Ministry of Tourism, SriLankan Airlines, World Bank, Rupavahini Corporation, Ceylon Electricity Board and PriceWaterHouse. He will speak on an interesting topic; ‘How to Manage and Retain the Millennial Employee’.
