Service Guru Dr. Sunil Gupta to visit Sri Lanka in association with TKC

Dr. Sunil Gupta, guru of innovation, thinking and creativity, will be in Colombo on 11 September for a one-day workshop on ‘Innovation for Service Quality,’ organised with the partnership of The Knowledge Conglomerate and powered by MTI Consulting.

The workshop is designed to be experiential and creative, while offering individual and group innovative thinking techniques that generate practical ideas for organisations and it is essentially for executive officers and managers who recognize we must innovate or evaporate in this fast changing corporate world.

The content focuses around need for innovation, with experiential learning on becoming more innovative and also on increasing creativity.
