Creative firm Lady Geek has identified the most and least empathetic companies in Britain.
This is based on an analysis of 100 companies operating in the UK and how they demonstrate empathy to customers, to employees and on social media.
Lady Geek used three main sources to compile the index: an analysis of the sentiment of 10,000 tweets from the companies, polling from Glassdoor and Survation and publicly available data on customer and employee satisfaction.
Here are the 10 least “empathetic” companies, according to their research (with number one being the lowest scoring on Lady Geek’s index).
