NHRDC conducts customer care program at Department of Immigration

A lecture on ‘Customer Care’ conducted by Dammika Kalapuge was held at the main auditorium of the Department of Immigration and Emigration, with the participation of 170 officers serving at the Department of Immigration and Emigration and the Colombo Airport.

This is program was part of a lecture series organised by the NHRDC for Government officials at various levels of management initiated by the National Human Resources Development of Sri Lanka to improve soft skills. Six lectures were organised in conjunction with officials representing various institutions in 2018.

Immigration and Emigration Controller General M.N. Ranasinghe was also present at this occasion. He emphasised on the need to invest in human resource development and improving the service levels continuously across the department and customer touch points.
