Applications open for IAA ‘Creative & Digital Mantra 2013’ Workshop

The International Advertising Association (IAA) Sri Lanka Chapter recently announced the opening of applications for the Creative & Digital Mantra workshop to be held on the 27 and 28 September 2013 at Blue Water, Wadduwa. The two-day residential workshop titled Creative and Digital Mantra features local and international professionals, who will conduct interactive sessions, share case studies and make presentations on a wide range of topics related to the industry. There will be three renowned professionals from the ASEAN region; Birger Linke, Graham Kelly and Eugene Demata; and to give a local perspective to the whole seminar Marsh Dodanwela will be sharing local insights in relation to international campaigns. The residential workshop is open to all creative, marketing and digital professionals in the country and will be limited to 50 participants. The workshop features four aspects to creating great campaigns in a modern connected world from looking at strategic considerations for engagement to ideation and creative power (creativity still rules), engagement planning (or how to get a two-way conversation going) to integration and measurement. The Creative and Digital Mantra workshop is an ideal platform to gain first-hand knowledge about how campaigns are planned with special consideration to SOLOMO (Social Local Mobile) and creating meaningful interaction for brands. Organisations can register participants for the program at Rs. 35,000 per head which include program fees, food and lodging as well as entertainment and recreation for two days.
