Astron strikes it rich with 8 awards at NASCO 2015

Sri Lanka’s leading pharmaceuticals company Astron Ltd. clinched 4 Golds, 3 Silvers and 1 Bronze in the Healthcare sector at the recently-concluded National Sales Congress 2015 (NASCO) awards ceremony. 

Mudith Dharmapriya and Achala Welivitiya won the Gold and Silver awards respectively in the Territory Manager category while Dulith Jayawickrama, V. Gunalan and Amila Patabendige won the Gold, Silver and Bronze awards in the Sales Executives/Supervisors category. In the Frontliners category, R. Rameshraja and Prashan Kanakarathne were awarded Gold while the Silver award was won by S. Lavan.  

Organised by the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing (SLIM) – the national body for marketing – NASCO is the premier and only event at a national level which is dedicated to recognise and reward the efforts and performance of sales personnel in Sri Lanka. An eminent panel of judges comprising of industry leaders from different industries selects the winners after evaluating each applicant in each of the categories based on their contribution to the sales profession.
