Bharat Avalani of AFF Fast Track program visits Leo Burnett Sri Lanka

Bharat Avalani, Chief Knowledge Officer of the AFAA FastTrack Program recently visited the Leo Burnett Sri Lanka office to meet and receive feedback from Burnetters who have attended this insightful program over the past three years. 

On his visit, he met with 2016 attendees; Nadiya De Lanerolle, Varuni Jayasekera, Shahzaad Zahirsha and Samantha Wijesundara, 2015 attendees Anfaz Amanulla and Chamin Marasinghe and 2014 attendees Nilusha Wanasinghe, Surani Perera, Rameez Fazal and Rinesh Jayarathne.

FastTrack is a professional excellence program which is conducted by the AsianFederation of Advertising Associations. The program is designed to groom Asia’s brightest young professionals in the marketing communications industry to be tomorrow’s leaders. The intensive three-day program is designed to give young talent a quantum leap in their careers, enabling them to hone their skills, rediscover their talents, strengths, purpose and passion, whilst developing important leadership skills and the resilience to take on the challenges of a fast-changing industry.
