I believe that we were able to encourage our sales force to challenge themselves and achieve beyond their potential at this Distributor Convention and Star Awards ceremony. I can proudly say that we at the CBL have helped to create a set of wonderful Sri Lankans who strive to give something back to their country rather than merely concentrating on achieving sales targets. I am confident that they will continue to serve CBL and the country in future.” Last year’s Munchee Corporate Social Responsibility programs that were highlighted during the occasion captured the attention of all those who were present. A Munchee CSR scholarship holder received further scholarship funds following her acceptance to the University of Ruhuna. The occasion touched the hearts of those who were present as she received the scholarship from a Territory Sales Officer who himself was a Munchee ‘Tikiri’ scholarship holder prior to joining CBL. The Distributor Convention and Sales Star Awards concluded with this heartfelt testimony of CBL’s genuine efforts at guiding and supporting the future generation of Sri Lanka.
