CDB shines at SLIM NASCO Awards 2015

Silver Award Winner – Territorial Manager Category of Financial Products and Services J.L. Priyantha

Demonstrating its commitment to sales excellence, Citizens Development Business Finance PLC (CDB) emerged winners at the recently concluded National Sales Congress Awards (NASCO) organised by the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing (SLIM). 

Two of CDB’s star performers won awards, with Senior Business Development Manager J.L. Priyantha clinching a Silver Award in the Territorial Manager Category – Financial Products and Services while Head of Branch – Mahara, L.D.R. Bandula Kumara won a Bronze Award in the Sales Executive category of Financial Products and Services.

The NASCO Awards rewards the best of the best in the sales profession and aims to enhance the learning and development of sales professionals and management. This year’s awards attracted the highest number of entries yet. The winners from CDB were selected through a stringent and impartial evaluation process involving a written exam and interviews with top sales heads of local conglomerates and multinational giants.
