Chris Price to talk at 2nd Talking Point of CIM

The Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) Sri Lanka is hosting its second Talking Point for this year on 16 March at the Union Ballroom, JAIC Hilton Colombo Residences. It will bring together top businessmen, CIM members and senior corporate executives. The objective of this program is to give an in-depth understanding of Digital Marketing ‘Future of the Digital Marketing’ to provide the participants with an opportunity to understand the new web-enabled consumer and how to approach them with e-marketing techniques and to improve the organisation’s e-marketing activities. The speaker at this Talking Point would be Chris Price a highly experienced international education professional with over 20 years’ experience of internationalisation, marketing and recruitment in higher and further education. Chris is the CEO and Principal Advisor of Adventus Education an Anglo-Australian owned education advice service and education project management company. Chris is considered a marketing leader in the field of digital marketing particularly in the areas of film, viral, gamification and may other areas, both B2B and B2C. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (FCIM) and elected member of the General Council of the European Association for International Education (EAIE) and former board member (for 10 years) of the Marketing and Recruitment Professional Section of the European Association of International Education. He has proven success in international marketing and recruitment as evidenced by heading the department that won for its host University a Queens Award for Enterprise (International Category) in 2000 for international recruitment success and is Director of Marketing/Head of International at two of the top 15 institutions for highest percentage growth rates in international students (2004-05).
