Denim creates a lasting impression with their dealer network

Denim conducted its first-ever dealer convention in Sri Lanka with a gala event held at Taj Samudra, Colombo.

The focus of the event was to reward dealers islandwide while educating them further on the brand and its global presence. The convention was attended by a large number of participants from far corners of the country, allowing the dealers to interact with the management and staff for an entertaining evening of fellowship.

The dealers were given an opportunity to learn more about the brand and its role in the international arena through AV presentations and the speeches conducted.

Dance performances and entertaining music added glamour to the event while the highlight of the evening was the invitation raffle draw which rewarded 10 winners with exclusive gift packs from Denim. However, none of the participants departed empty handed since gift bags were given out to everyone.

Commenting on the occasion, SDL Regional Sales Manager Jack Tay stated: “Sri Lanka is one of our steadily growing markets and we have received great feedback from the local market after officially launching the brand one and a half years ago. We have planned a lot for this market and we strongly urge our trade partners to support Denim through Lanka Distributors to grow further in this region.”

Making their presence in the local market one and a half years ago Denim offers a wide range of grooming solutions to men including roll on to body spray, to eau de toilette and a complete shaving range of after shave, shaving foam, gel and cream. All of these products are readily available at all major supermarkets local retailers, general trade stores across the island.

SDL acquired the Denim brand for Asia, Middle East, Africa and Americas in 2006. Globally the distribution channel covers mass merchandisers; supermarkets, hypermarkets, local store chains and the major duty free shops. Creating a name as a global brand that specialises in personal care for men, Denim has become a popular choice for men of all age groups around the world.

In Sri Lanka the distributor for Denim is Lanka Distributors since it was officially launched in the country in 2009.
