Edelman hires Ipshita Sen to lead S. India operations

Edelman India has hired Ipshita Sen to lead its South India operations including offices in Bangalore, Chennai and Hyderabad.

Ipshita will be responsible for developing and managing the Edelman business in South India and will also formalise and lead Edelman’s employee engagement offering nationally. She will be based out of Bangalore and will report to Rakesh Thukral, Chief Operating Officer, Edelman India.

Ipshita has over 17 years of experience across the marketing spectrum including advertising, event management, corporate communications and public relations, with companies such as Perfect Relations, Gulf Finance House, Team Young & Rubicam, Leo Burnett, and Rediffusion DY&R. She has worked in India as well as in the Middle East, UK, and Southeast Asia.
