HNB Assurance and HNB General Insurance wins 5 awards at NASCO 2015

• Best Overall Front Liner of the Year in Sri Lanka, 2 Gold awards, 1 Silver award and 1 Bronze award

NASCO 2015 Awards Winners of HNB Assurance and HNB General Insurance with the Senior Management; HNBGI Chief Business Officer Chandana Aluthgama, HNBA Head of Distribution Ivan Nicholas, HNB Assurance and HNB General Insurance Head of Marketing Dilshan Perera, HNBGI Manager Sales Administration and Training Jehan Haniff and HNBA National Sales Training and Development Manager Sudath Perera

HNB Assurance and HNB General Insurance secured five awards at the National Sales Congress Awards (NASCO) organised by the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing (SLIM) recently. NASCO 2015 is its premier event dedicated to recognise the efforts and performance of sales professionals. It is also the only national event to distinguish and reward Sri Lanka’s sales personnel attached to numerous organisations.

HNBA and HNBGI won awards in the following categories in the both Life Insurance and General Insurance sectors respectively: 

U.K.K.C. Silva of Colombo North branch was awarded as the Best Overall Front Liner in Sri Lanka and also the Gold award in the Life Insurance Front Liner category. Janaka Suranga of Panadura branch was awarded Gold in the General Insurance category. The Silver Award in the Life Insurance Sales Executive category was presented to Nirosha Dilrukshi of Kiribathgoda branch whereas Pradeep Priyankara of Embilipitiya Branch was awarded Bronze in the General Insurance Front Liner category.

Commenting on the achievement, HNB Assurance and HNG General Insurance Acting CEO Niranjan Manickam stated: “This year too we have maintained our stance in winning the best and we are proud of this achievement that demonstrates the outstanding performance of our sales team which has won this distinction at the national level.
