HNB Assurance wins four awards at NASCO 2013

Most number of awards in the insurance sector

HNB Assurance secured four main awards at the National Sales Congress Awards (NASCO) organised by the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing (SLIM). NASCO 2013 is its premier event dedicated to recognise the efforts and performance of sales personnel. It is also the only national event to distinguish and reward Sri Lanka’s sales force attached to numerous organisations.

HNBA won Gold, Silver and Bronze awards in the following categories in the Insurance sector: Gold Award in the Territory Manager Category was awarded to Harindra Ramasinghe of Panadura Branch and Chaminda de Soysa of Horana Branch was awarded with the Bronze Award in the Supervisor (Executive) Category. The Silver Award in the Front-liner Category was presented to Chamara Mendis of Colombo South Branch while Shyamalie Egodage of Horana Branch was awarded the Bronze Award in the same category. Commenting on the achievement, HNB Assurance General Manager of Marketing and Distribution Lalith Fernando said: “We are proud of this achievement that demonstrates the outstanding performance of our sales team who has won this distinction at a national level. In fact we have won a number of awards at the NASCO Awards on previous occasions and we hope that their success will motivate all other sales personnel to strive for sales excellence.
