LED TV truck creates a stir in several towns

Recently in several main towns in Colombo a large LED TV truck has been witnessed by the locals of the area. It was noticeable that several young executives carrying paint buckets were running behind the vehicle. Once the truck passed followed by the running individuals a group of promoters were on the scene distributing descriptive leaflets about the activity that just occurred.

This occurrence took place between 14 and 18 May, in several locations such as Dehiwela, Nugegoda, Kohuwala, Boralasgasgamuwa, Maradana, Borella, Narahenpita, Townhall and Wattala. This truck carrying a giant LED TV with the message ‘Win a LED TV’ on the sides had created quite a stir in those respective areas and resulted in grabbing the attention of both pedestrians and motorists alike.

The activity, on further inspection has been found to be the brainchild of Dulux, to showcase to their range of paints. The promotion itself entails that if customers purchase 10 litres of Dulux paints during the period of 15 May to 14 June, they will be eligible to win an LED TV from Dulux. In order to be eligible for the draw customers will have to send paint labels as proof of purchase to a designated PO Box number 1450 Colombo. With an opportunity to win a great prize, the Dulux LED promotion allows customers to add colour to their lives.
