Most awarded creative leader in Sri Lanka moves to TBWA

Subhash Pinnapola joins the TBWA network as the Chief Creative Officer of TBWA\TAL,
Sri Lanka. Subhash truly understands local people and the local environment and that has been the key to his success in advertising. Subhash has plenty of exposure to global communications and in fact has judged the Asia Pacific region’s creative work in many international award shows. He also has many international achievements as a creative person and many firsts to his credit in Sri Lankan adverting history.
TBWA\TAL Managing Director Renuka Marshall said: “I am thrilled to welcome Subhash on board being well aware of his creative exploits and potential and I am looking forward to the local office being a strong contributor to the regional and global arena”.
Subhash said: “I’m really looking forward to working with my colleagues in the network to strengthen the flow of international creative values to the Sri Lankan industry and honing the agency’s creative product while obviously adding value to our clients’ business.”

Subhash has handled many categories of major Sri Lankan brands and successfully built them to household names. He also has been amply rewarded for his work with metals at international award shows such as Cannes, Spikes, Adfest, Appies, Star awards and Goafest.
During his 20+ years in advertising, Subhash has worked for O&M, JWT, LOWE and Leo Burnett.
