Outstanding double win as two Grant teams represent Sri Lanka at Spikes Asia

At the recently concluded Young Spikes Competition in Colombo, Grant Advertising teams Sahil Gunesekere and Tara Weerasinghe won Integrated Spikes while Kumarini Rajakaruna and Achala Ramanayeka won Media Spikes. Both teams will now represent Sri Lanka at ‘Spikes Asia’ in Singapore.

Achala and Kumarini are previous runners up at the local Spikes Media competition in 2013.

Tara has earlier won Young Lotus and participated at Adfest Thailand, while Sahil has previously won a place to the Spikes Creative Academy in Singapore, been 1st runner-up at the local Roger Hatchel contest and was winner of the Young Lotus contest and went on to participate at Adfest Thailand.

Chairperson Neela Marikkar said, “I am delighted with the win of our two outstanding young teams Sahil and Tara and Achala and Kumarini. It’s certainly a first for us to have two winning teams from a single agency representing the country. At Grants we believe our future lies in nurturing our young talent.
