MyDeal.lk Ltd. Group Director/CMO Mehraj Sally was recognised as one of the ‘50 Most Influential Global Marketing Leaders’ by the World Marketing Congress. He received this honor at the grand World Marketing Congress 2016 event, held last week at Taj Lands End Hotel, Mumbai.
The ‘50 Most Influential Global Marketing Leaders’ List is compiled using extensive research done by the World Marketing Congress research unit, comprised of academic and research experts with 100+ years of combined research experience. A jury comprising of senior professionals representing various marketing and business functions across the world reviews the shortlist developed by the research cell and select the winners based on their marketing competencies, strategic perspective, track record, integrity, ethics and commitment to sustainability.

Sally is a Certified Professional Marketer conferred by Asia Marketing Federation with over 25 years of experience in sales and marketing. Starting his career at Unilever Sri Lanka, he was also the Division Manager for overall Industrial Business Group at 3M for over 10 years and currently sits as a Director on the Board of MyDeal.lk Ltd., MyStore.lk Ltd. and MyFare.lk Ltd. His international experience was mainly in Dubai where he was a part of Emirates Snack Foods LLC and the Webpreneur University. He is Six Sigma Methodology Green Belt Certified for Marketing Effectiveness and undergone many Training Programs conducted by 3M Worldwide.
