Etching an exciting new milestone for Sri Lanka’s business fraternity, the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing (SLIM) yesterday presented an enlightening experience with the world’s No. 1 guru in customer service, Ron Kaufman, at the Waters Edge.
Titled ‘Service Leadership: The Inevitable’, the full-day knowledge forum drew a record number of participants.
The workshop enabled participants to discover the fundamental service principles to raise service levels and improve customer experience at every point of contact, align the culture building activities currently in use throughout an organisation, identify opportunities for new culture building initiatives, upgrades and improvements and prioritise activities and develop practical action plans for best results.
It also enabled participants to gain valuable insight and be able to penetrate deep into a service-driven culture that forms the winning formula for an organisation’s unequivocal success.
Kaufman is a global service consultant, speaker, educator, thought leader and customer service exponent. He will address top CEOs on “Leading the service-focused culture: Creating superior service from the C-suite” at the Cinnamon Grand this morning.
