The newest model of the Yadea electric bike series, Yadea Ossy, was unveiled at the Yadea-Abans Auto partners get-together, an event that was held to witness the newest products and technology of Yadea while celebrating the best performers from showroom and dealer channels.
The Yadea range of electric bikes, with TTFAR high-efficiency motor technology, allows for an easy and comfortable ride for both men and women opting to make their lives more efficient and complete daily tasks effortlessly.
The newest Yadea Ossy brings the best of electric bike technology to Sri Lanka with a rated power of 1200W and peak power of 2400W and the TTFAR/SPORT riding modes to enable a carefree and smooth riding experience. The Yadea Ossy also boasts the new Smart Assistant system, which prevents theft and has features such as smart unlocking and smart control that enables users to unlock their vehicle via the app or Bluetooth technology, and further allows users to share family accounts in addition to customising their Yadea electric bike according to their preference.
The Yadea-Abans Auto Dealer Convention took place on 24 July at the Monarch Imperial Ballroom in Kotte with the presence of many representatives from Abans Auto as well as Yadea, including Yadea Asia Pacific Region General Manager Nicholas Wang and Abans Auto Managing Director Rusi Pestonjee.
The attendees of the event were not only able to witness the newest technologies within the industry, including TTFAR technology and other Yadea products, but were also able to take part in the exciting venture of taking Yadea electric bikes on a test drive.
Abans Auto honoured the best Yadea electric bike dealers and showroom managers of the island during the event, with Chamath Weerasinghe of Gunawardhana Motors winning the ‘Best Dealer’ award, followed by Nandika Priyantha of Deegala Enterprises in second place, Dhanushka Prabashvara of Dhanushka Motors in third place, Kandula Dissanayake of Kandula Motors in fourth, and Nalin Gunawardhana of Sky Holdings coming in fifth place.
Tharindu Dissanayake of the Kurunegala Yadea showroom was awarded the ‘Best Showroom Manager’, whilst Dinidu Chamara of the Peliyagoda Yadea showroom came in second place at the event.
Furthermore, new dealers were invited to join Abans Auto in becoming dealers for Yadea electric bikes.
