Ideal Automobiles strengthens Navil Enterprises fleet with DAF Prime Mover trucks

Ideal Automobiles Ltd., recognised as the premier importer for European vehicles, strengthened the Navil Enterprises Ltd. transportation fleet, supplying six DAF Prime Mover trucks recently.

Navil Enterprises, among the nation’s preferred fuel transporting companies, acquired the heavy vehicles, from Ideal Automobiles, in order to provide their client LAUGFS Gas terminal at the Hambantota Port a seamless solution to transport gas.

Nalin Welgama, the founder and visionary of the Ideal Motors Group and current Chairman handed over the vehicles to Navil Enterprises Ltd. Managing Director Prasitha Thrimal, during a simple ceremony which took place recently.

“Established in 2005, Navil Enterprises is engaged in providing transportation solutions for sectors such as oil, gas, cement, coal and also catering to the logistics and transportation needs of Lanka Sathosa. We required vehicles which were superior and reliable to transport gas from the Hambantota Port. We selected Ideal Automobiles as it has a strong reputation for importing European trucks and vehicles which also best suits our needs,” stated Navil Logistics Chief Executive Officer Chanaka Gunatilake.

“We also selected Ideal Automobiles specifically because it is a trusted entity and provides a superlative after sales services,” he added.
