OKI DOKI becomes first Sri Lankan transport provider to achieve ISO 14064-1:2018 for carbon conscious practices

In a ground-breaking achievement, OKI DOKI, a leading transport service provider, proudly announces its attainment of the ISO 14064-1:2018 Certification, also known as the Carbon Conscious Certificate. 

This milestone positions OKI DOKI as the first transport service provider in Sri Lanka to receive this prestigious recognition, underscoring the company’s commitment to environmental sustainability and carbon-conscious operations. 

The ISO 14064-1:2018 Certification is a testament to OKI DOKI’s dedication to reducing its carbon footprint and aligning its practices with global sustainability standards. This certification deals with the quantification and reporting of Green House Gas (GHG) emissions and it is a framework that can be used to assess GHG emissions, mainly for reporting purposes or to measure reductions achieved through improvement projects.

 As the first transport service provider in Sri Lanka to receive the Carbon Conscious Certificate, OKI DOKI sets a new benchmark for the industry. This achievement reflects the company’s proactive approach to sustainability and environmental stewardship, showcasing its commitment to being a responsible player in the transportation sector.
