Colonial Motors, the franchise holder for Mazda in Sri Lanka and Republic of Maldives, has partnered with Castrol Lubricants, a brand of British Petroleum (BP) as their most preferred brand of lubricant to recommend as service-fill in all Mazda models sold and serviced by Colonial Motors.
Colonial Motors comes with a rich history of being in business for more than 100 years. Recently Colonial Motors launched Mazda 6 to become the only Mazda franchise to have introduced the all new Sky Active Mazda 6 in the Asian region to bring the excitement closer to the discerning customers along with Mazda 3 and Mazda CX-5.
The launch of Mazda by Colonial Motors coincided with the opening of its state-of- the-art, eco-friendly workshop in Battaramulla to bring the total service offering to all Mazda owners.
Incidentally, Colonial Motors and Castrol celebrate over 100 years of rich legacy together, Colonial Motors being one of the premier vehicle franchises in Sri Lanka founded in 1909.
Castrol was founded by Charles ‘Cheers’ Wakefield in 1909 and revolutionised transport in the first half of the twentieth century. To this day this name is synonymous with premium quality, high performance and leading edge technology in motor oils and automotive lubricants. Castrol is more than just oil. It’s liquid engineering – marketed by Associated Motorways Ltd. in Sri Lanka as the sole distributor.
Castrol partnership with Colonial Motors will enhance the after-sales service to benefit from improved performance as the recommended lubricant which will provide immense satisfaction for customers of both companies.
