Globally renowned tyre manufacturer Goodyear Tyre and Rubber Company has improved its famous tyre – Goodyear Assurance TripleMax by developing them using Hydrogrip technology. While helping to improve the fuel efficiency of automobiles, the new Goodyear Assurance TripleMax is designed to specifically operate in wet conditions, minimising the distance required for braking by as much as two metres.

The new tyre promises better handling in all weather conditions and increased protection in wet and rainy conditions. Specified for mid-range sedans, Goodyear Assurance TripleMax provides longer tyre life through the use of a layer of DuPont Kevlar, while the wide face cavity and functionalised polymer thread count provides significantly better grip and superior handling.

While manufacturing tyres for both motorcycle and cars, Goodyear is the largest tyre manufacturer in the world since 1926. The company is today present in 23 countries with 50 manufacturing facilities across the globe.

Imported and distributed by Associated Motorways Ltd. in Sri Lanka, Goodyear continues to offer Sri Lankan motorists products for wet and dry road condition that are cost-effective, improve fuel efficiency, provide greater safety, and are long lasting.

AMW has begun offering the Goodyear Assurance TripleMax tyre in Sri Lanka and expects the product to perform well, making it one of the most popular in the Goodyear range.
