Unique features include facility to book servicing facilities and purchase spares online
IDEAL Chery Automobiles Ltd., sole distributor in Sri Lanka for China’s leading car manufacturer Chery launched its new website, www.idealchery.lk, showcasing the brand’s model range, specifications, technology, events, and media albums. The website also displays its trade-in vehicles on a dedicated page for customers interested in buying used cars.
IDEAL Chery launched a unique spare parts delivery feature, called ‘Ape Dorin Obey Dorata’, which is incorporated in the website allowing customers to order parts online. The ability to book spare parts and servicing appointments online from anywhere in the island marks a giant stride forward in supporting this growing brand. The service booking facility is no less convenient and speedy. Bookings are automatically directed to the central workshop in Ratmalana. IDEAL Chery hopes to expand the online service booking system to all of their 24 service centres in the near future.
Worldwide sales of Chery crossed the one million barrier last November. With money for research and development, Chery has progressively entered the high end luxury market. Having received encouraging reviews for these models, the brand has now established a growing presence in South America, Africa and Australia.
IDEAL Chery has thus far introduced the Yoyo van, the Fulwin sedan, Tiggo SUV and the J3 sports sedan (all of which are Australian Design Rule compliant).
