Kia’s 2016 Rio Sedan arrives in Sri Lanka

The 2016 edition of iconic Korean car maker Kia’s Rio subcompact sedan has arrived in Sri Lanka, the brand’s sole local distributor Kia Motors (Lanka) Ltd. has announced.fh

Another representation of Kia’s credo of ‘performance without compromise,’ the stylish four-door sedan is powered by a 1400cc die-cast aluminium low weight engine that develops to 107 Bhp while delivering economical fuel consumption. Kia’s distinctive styling and 15-inch alloy wheels make the car fun to look at, and its automatic tip-tronic transmission makes it fun to drive.

Available in eight popular colours, Bright Silver, Signal Red, Wendy Brown, Clear White, Urban Blue, Formal Deep Blue, Aurora Black and Platinum Graphite, the new Kia Rio offers a choice of three interiors – Brown, Desert Grey or Black.

Standard features include multifunction telescopic steering with Bluetooth and audio remote control, a factory fitted radio with CD/MP3 player that be connected to any kind of external musical device, electric power steering (EPS) and power-folding outside mirrors with turn signal indicators. The boot can accommodate more than 325 cubic litres of luggage and can be extended with full folding second row seats.
