Mahindra Two Wheelers Ltd., part of the $ 16.2 billion Mahindra Group, one of India’s leading business houses, last week launched its range of two wheelers in Sri Lanka. These include two powerful scooters, the Rodeo RZ and Duro DZ and two intelligent motorcycles, the Pantero and the Centuro, -marking its entry into the Sri Lankan two wheeler segment.
Mahindra Two Wheelers has joined hands with Ideal 2 Wheelers Ltd., a subsidiary of the SLR 15 billion Ideal Group. Ideal will function as the Group’s authorised distributor for Sri Lanka. In addition to being the distributor for many global brands, it also boasts of a presence in various key sectors. Nalin J. Welgama is the Founder and Chairman of the Group, while Aravinda de Silva is the Deputy Chairman.

Having undergone extensive testing in the lab, on the road and in the hands of consumers across India, Mahindra Two Wheelers’ latest offerings for riders not only score high on styling but also on performance.
Speaking on the occasion, Ideal Group Chairman Welgama said: “We are delighted to extend our partnership with the Mahindra Group to include two wheelers as well. We are confident that our network of dealers across all key cities of Sri Lanka and our state-of-the-art showrooms and workshop would ensure the best after-sales support and spares availability.”
