In a bid to increase skills and expertise of motor assessors, Janashakthi sent two of its best assessors to an overseas workshop held in Mumbai, India, last month. Jagath Senevirathna and Saifulla Shafee took part in key motor production and repair training during the extensive program hosted by a leading auto mobile training provider. The workshop covered theoretical and practical aspects of the latest methods and technological advances in accident assessment and repairs. Janashakthi, one of the leading insurance companies in Sri Lanka, continuously strives to enhance the knowledge base of its staff. Accordingly employees are sent for various overseas training programs carefully selected by the Human Resource Department.
