United Motors Lanka PLC has established a loyalty program that offers all individual Mitsubishi and Perodua vehicle owners the opportunity to gain membership to an exclusive Privilege Circle. The Privilege Circle scheme launched in February 2012 has since garnered positive feedback from its current members, and membership numbers have grown in excess of 1000. UML has partnered with sectors such as restaurants, leisure, baby care, hair and beauty, clothing, furniture, tailoring, health, jewelry, bookshops, spas, music, fitness/exercise, and many more to create a valuable loyalty program that would provide the best discounts to Mitsubishi and Perodua customers. Upon obtaining membership to the Privilege Circle, Mitsubishi and Perodua vehicle owners become eligible to receive a multitude of discount offers, promotional offers and exclusive campaigns run by UML and the Privilege Circle’s partner organisations. It further creates opportunities for the privileged vehicle owners to experience new brands. The program was set up by UML in an effort to enhance the customer service levels delivered to Mitsubishi and Perodua customers of United Motors. Individual Mitsubishi and/or Perodua vehicle owners can simply send their details to the UML customer services department (or contact customer services on 0777865100) in order to register and to receive a card. The brands marketed by the group through sole distributorships include Mitsubishi passenger and Fuso commercial vehicles from Japan, TVS two and three wheelers from India, Perodua compact cars from Malaysia, JMC commercial vehicles, DFSK Mini trucks and Zotye compact SUVs from China, Yokohama tyres from Japan, JK tyres and Mak lubricants from India and Valvoline lubricants and Eagle One car care products from USA.
