Speed Water enters auto care industry

Speed Water Systems entered into the auto care industry by opening a motor vehicle service centre named ‘Speed Auto Care’ at Nedimala Dehiwala, recently.

Speaking about his venturing into a new sphere of business, Nishantha Delgoda said: “The motor vehicle service industry is much advanced in many countries of the world.

In Sri Lanka, the demand for services in this sphere will be enormous in the future. A vehicle must be serviced and maintained accordingly for it to be in optimum condition for a long period of time.  

“But, most vehicle owners are not in a position to service their vehicles, due to lack of time, ignorance of the correct procedures and insufficiency of the required technical equipment and material. Because of these reasons, there exists a great demand for organisations supplying many kinds of services for motor vehicles. We ventured into this sphere taking these reasons into consideration.” Speed Auto Care is located in front of the Keells Supermarket Nedimala, and is open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on all seven days of the week. Customers can entrust their vehicles to be serviced at Speed Auto Care and shop in the Dehiwala town, or they can relax in the customers’ lounge of Speed Auto Care and watch their vehicles being serviced on closed-circuit TV.

Changing engine oil, servicing, interior cleaning, exterior cleaning, cut and polishing, body washing, changing Auto Transmission Fuel (ATF), engine tuning and many more services could be obtained at Speed Auto Care. The service centre is equipped with trained and experienced personnel to give a quality service to vehicles using modern technology.

Speed Auto Care is a sister company of Speed Water Systems and Sritrims Limited, owned by Delgoda.
