The latest addition to the Yamaha range of scooters was unveiled at the Colombo Motor Show recently. An instant hit with motor enthusiasts, the Yamaha Ray-Z boasts the latest in technology and cutting-edge design.
Sporting Yamaha’s latest Blue Core technology, the Yamaha Ray-Z comes equipped with an air-cooled, four-stroke, 113cc engine that gives improved fuel efficiency, while front telescopic suspension, rear grab bar and a stylish instrument panel add to the Ray-Z’s appeal.
Enjoying unprecedented global appeal, the Yamaha brand boasts 100% Japanese technology, while popularity amongst Sri Lankan customers continues to grow, thanks in no small part to the efforts of Associated Motorways Ltd., the sole agent for the brand in Sri Lanka. Founded in 1949, AMW has consistently, over 65 years, grown to become the preeminent group in the industry.
In addition to world-class Yamaha products, AMW also markets global automobile brands (Nissan, Suzuki, Piaggio) and associated products (Goodyear tyres, Castrol lubricants), as well as New Holland tractors.
