Hybrid vehicles are fast becoming the future of mobility and as part of their 2015 marketing campaign Toyota Lanka Ltd hosted a family day for the potential and longstanding owners of Toyota vehicles.
The North Lawn of Taj Samudra Hotel last Saturday was transformed in to a fanfare with joy rides of all sorts, bouncing castles and exciting games to be enjoyed by the whole family, among which Toyota Lanka’s Hybrid range was strategically displayed to attract the discerning buyer.
The event spanned from 10 a.m. till 5 p.m. and entrance was on invitation. Invitees were encouraged to experience Toyota Lanka’s hybrid line-up with product demonstrations and test drives for all those interested and to enjoy a relaxed Saturday with their families.
To round off a ‘total solution package’, three financial institutions also partnered with Toyota Lanka Ltd. for the event to provide diverse and customised financing options for prospective customers.
“Hybrids are considered as a cost effective option. Our target market for this event was primarily families, who would always look at the cost effectiveness and also would prefer to go for a lease rather than purchasing the vehicle out right. The three financial institutions have come up with leasing schemes to fit the budgets and requirements of our potential buyers,” a spokesperson for Toyota Lanka Ltd noted.
The majority of Hybrid vehicles that are on the streets of Sri Lanka are either used or reconditioned. But when a purchase is made through Toyota Lanka Ltd the potential owner can be rest assured that the vehicle is straight off the production line.
Promoting their vehicles integrating after sales service and genuine parts in providing the customers a superior total solution package, backed with an unmatched warranty, the new range can be viewed at their workshop cum showroom at Ratmalana.
