Valvoline Asia ‘Champion Dealer’ awards held in Colombo

Ashland Consumer Markets recognises top 60 Asian regional dealers at glittering four-day awards running from 2 to 6 December
Ashland Consumer Markets, a commercial unit of Ashland Inc., recognised the top 60 Valvoline dealers in Sri Lanka with ‘Champion Dealer’ awards at a ceremony held at the Cinnamon Grand, Colombo. Over two dozen distributors from all over Asia attended the event, representing more than 20 nationalities, during a four-day distributor summit.
“Asia is a very important market for Ashland Consumer Markets and our Valvoline brand,” said Valvoline Regional Director Asia, Alok Sharman. “We are excited to recognise our top dealers in Sri Lanka with Valvoline ‘Champion Dealer’ awards. These dealers are recognised for their outstanding performance and contribution to Valvoline’s success and acceptance in the market. We look forward to continuing to grow our market share in the premium products range for motorcycles, passenger cars and diesel engines.”
The summit will include discussions between Valvoline officials and distributors on future plans in the region for new Valvoline products and technological advancements. Delegates will also attend a field visit to Valvoline dealers and customers in selected areas.
