Win a car with Union Motor Star

To reach to the hearts of its clientele, Union Assurance Plc has introduced a grand draw for 150 lucky motor insurance customers selected as winners through the period of May – December 2013.

This is part of Union Assurance’s celebrations of 25 years in business covering 110 branches, over 4,500 employees and field staff who touch the lives of half a million Sri Lankans island-wide.

The grand prize will be a Mitsubishi Mirage car with many other consolation prizes and surprises such as Singapore Star cruises, Samsung Galaxy tabs, Samsung Galaxy S4 mobile phones, air tickets to Singapore, Bangkok and Malaysia, Kenwood car DVD players, GPS systems, weekend getaways at Chaaya hotels and gift vouchers. New policyholders and existing customers who choose to renew their policies during the contest time period have an equal chance for prizes. Draws are to be conducted in June, August and October while the grand draw is to be held in December. This is yet another initiative of UA to reward and recognise its motor insurance customers for their unwavering loyalty.  

UA recently launched a tie-up with Nexus loyalty cards where Union Motor Star customers are able to collect and redeem Nexus points with their motor insurance card. Union Motor Star, the flagship motor insurance service of Union Assurance, allows customers to collect and redeem points at all Nexus vendor establishments with the Union-Nexus insurance card provided at the purchase of a motor policy.                     

Union Assurance was also the only Sri Lankan insurer to be shortlisted in the Asia Insurance Review Award in the Innovative Brand category for Union Motor Reload, the only product in the country where customers are able to purchase motor policies for one, three or six months directly at Keells supermarkets, Abans and Singer outlets or by logging on to the UA website. Union Assurance has consistently been able to capture market share with innovative solutions coupled with technology and convenience. The company ensures that it delivers its brand promise of “trust” by striving to provide its customers with convenience, respect and transparency.
