The Volkswagen Beetle Owners Club together with Taj Samudra and Senok Trade Combine Ltd. celebrated World Volkswagen Day – the unique motoring marvel, at the North Lawn of Taj Samudra on Sunday 22 June.
As in previous years, VWs of all ages and colours participated in this year’s celebrations. Over 100 EY, EL, EN series classic cars to brand new Volkswagen cars – the new Beetle, Tiguan, Passat, Vento and Polo GT were displayed at the Pebbles Restaurant of Taj Samudra, Colombo.
This year’s flag off were carried out by Taj Samudra Area Director & General Manager Rohit Khosla and German Ambassador Dr. Juergen Morhard.
