Wurth‘Customer First’ continues with of Wurth e-training program launch

Wurth Lanka launched an innovative and unique e-learningprogram for its loyal customers at the ‘Customer First’ meetingon 16 Januaryat Grand Monarch.
This session was conducted by Head of e-Training Program for Wurth Group, Tobias Ladewig. The launch was attended by many senior experienced automobile workshop managers, heads of departments and proprietors of automotive workshops.
The Wurth e-training portal and online training module is an easy to use, self-managed training program for anyone who wants to learn any part of automobile repair techniques.It is a highly flexible learning tool, and very easy to use by any novice or a professional.
Each student or user will get their own user ID, and can be managed by a supervisors or a team leader to see the learning progress. A highly-interactiveand simulated program, the modulecovers the A-Z of automobile technologies including hybrid technology, air conditioned technology, electronics, brake systemsand much more.
All participants were given a free access voucher to log into the e-learning modules to test and create their own learning modulesat the launch. Wurth Lanka hopes to further increase customer relationship and loyalty by introducing this unique and useful e-learning modules very soon with local language support as well.
